Homework

At Langwathby School our homework policy focuses upon the essentials, rather than giving different work each week we ask that you complete the following tasks several times a week:

1. Enjoy your reading books (fully decodable Rhino Readers & Minibooks in Lower School & Banded Books in Upper School).
2. Practice your KIRF target.
3. Practice your Spelling List (and/or your Phonics Bookmark in Lower School)

We also provide 6 optional creative tasks per term on Seesaw which encourage you to explore your class topic through art, drama, crafts, visits and reading.
