At Langwathby School the Nursery provision is part of a mixed age Early Years Class. Langwathby Nursery enables learning and development, and provides care for children from 3 years old until they start school.
The purpose built area provides space for a wide range of activities in a safe learning environment. Learning takes place both indoors and outdoors.
Langwathby Nursery provides an environment where independence is encouraged. From their first day in Nursery children are encouraged to make choices and be responsible for their decisions.
Our team consists of experienced and well qualified staff, there is always a qualified teacher on duty alongside 1/2 teaching assistants.
